How do you sleep?

Can you sleep? I used to sleep like a log, and now I move so much it's getting scary. (the past 3/4 year) Last night I hit my head on the windowsill beside my bed while i was sleeping, which promptly woke me up.... i hit it very hard. :) I have a bump, and a one-sided horrid head-ached with pain from that area (bump) above my left temple that radiates into my left eye and nausea and well, just am not happy. I hope it get's better (and I had just moved my bed here to be "safe", away from the dresser where I had bruised my arm a vew months ago, so that of course was hilarious).

So, what i'm asking is, can ya'll sleep? or are you guys restless too? What do you do to combat that?

I laughed really hard, when I finally decided I'd have to pad my room with pills or as my friends said, moved my bed in the very middle of the room with nothing around it. :)

Thanks

Hi ST, that was my post and I'm looking for sleep positions  and the reasons behind those choices.  I'm sorry that you are hurting yourself with all the thrashing in your sleep.  Perhaps some sleep aid might help?

Opie, I too take Lunesta, but only when I realize I am needing a solid night's sleep.  I don't take it everynight - trying to stretch the rx as well.  The only side effect from Lunesta that I know is it leaves most people with a metallic taste in their mouth - especially noticeable when you drink water.

sleep tight,
Lulu

HI,  I don't sleep well either.  My neuro gave me some lunesta.  He said that if I don't get enough sleep, things will just get worse.  For about the past yeat, I have been taking 2 Benedril before bed.  I worked fairly well.

Sweet Dreams!
