How high is high for an EBV?

My PCP did some labs recently and my EBC ab VCA igG was 2823.  Normal is 0-99.  I'm chronically tired although my MD thinks I've had Mono recently, but in reading about s/s of MS, I'm wondering if 2823 is concerning or in the realm of MS?

My mother is going through the same thing. Did you end up finding out what you have? My mother's EBC ab VCA igG was close to 2000.
