I AM SO FED UP!

The neuro rehabilitation team had referred me for Physio!

This was before christmas, when we got to the end of January I started to chase it up. I would appear that the referral had not arrived at the department. It was resent. I then had a phone call for an appointment.

Well that appointment was for today. I arrive, I'm the only person there, There is a bit of whispering going on in the office. The Physio comes out and explains to me that they could not treat me as I had been referred for a neuro physio assessment and they do not deal with this! Further more although up to this point I have been treated in a large teaching hospital which is only 3 miles away although it is in a different county, I will have to attend a hospital 30 miles away in a small town hospital but in the same county! Which is totally stupid as it mean my DH will have to take a day off work to get me there.

I feel so let down by the system, things are getting so muddled.
