I have a cold to burning sensation on my left side. Mostly in my arm and knee.

On my left side my arm and knee feel freezing cold almost like frostbite. It can turn into a burning sensation at times. It never goes away. Sometimes I’ll have a small patch that feels that way on my face as well. Does anyone else experience this and is there anything out there I can take to relieve this very uncomfortable feeling?

It's hard to say without knowing the cause if there is a medication that will help, do you know if there is nerve damage or what the cause is?

No nerve damage. They believed it was ms but my mri’s Are showing nonspecific white matter so they don’t think it is. However I’m having even more symptoms besides this that are ms like. They go away fortunately. I’ve had the cold/burning sensation for about year now and no one is offering a why or if there is help. I’ve gone into full depression and am having a very rough time in my social life now.
