I'm 17 y.o and i think i have MS

I know i know i must seem to a neurologist and i definitely will do in a few days but you know i can't stop googling :/

My symptoms(Those often happens at night:
*Brainfog(this is my worst problem)
*Toe cramps
*Random shooting-like body pains
*Balance problems(I've never fall down)
*Low appetite
*Headache(more like pressure),(It starts on my back of head sometimes visits my neck and shoulders and then starts hanging around my head)
*Feeling fainty
*Sometimes constant shoulder pain
*Fatigue
*Sometimes uncomfortable toes or fingers

I've been experiencing these symptoms for 7 days (I went to urgent care when these symptoms hit first. They said you're ok and then at 4th day i went to my doc and after some bloodtest, xray of heart (at that time i had palpitations and high blood pressure but they just gone after 2 days)he said you're ok too Can these could be MS? I'm preparing for a college admission test and i don't want to deal with these symptoms :/

Hi and welcome,

The symptoms you've mentioned are very non specific, too wide spread, random, all peripherals which are not the types of symptom pattern that is suggestive or consistent with a neurological condition like MS.

Its not uncommon to experience higher stress levels when significant life altering events are happening, the closer the event the higher the anxiety. It doesn't take long before it can start causing pressure-stress headaches, your blood pressure to rise, and or cause panic attacks.

Anxiety escalates if left unchallenged and will eventually effect your sleep quality, making you feel very tired, unmotivated and less active during the day. On it's own accumulated sleep deprivation can cause you to feel fatigued, foggy brained, light headed, faint, clumsy and off balance but when you neglect your diet it can rapidly snow ball....

An inappropriate diet will eventually cause wide spread random physical symptoms (as well as cause the same or similar issues as sleep deprivation) as your body depletes its store of vitamin B, Iron, magnesium etc etc.

You said " i can't stop googling" I strongly recommend you to distract your self from googling and re-focus on decompressing and your college admission....googling symptoms and reading about medical conditions is well known to exacerbate and fuel health related anxiety and it would be in your best interest to get off the net for awhile!

Hope that helps......JJ
