RESULT:
Indication:Multiple sclerosis with numbness
Findings: Central disc protrusion is preent at the T3-4 level with mass effect upon the anterior subarachnoid space.Extruded central disc is present from the T5-6 level with superior migration of the disc fragment. This produces a significant degree of mass effect centrally upon the thoracic cord. Central disc protrusion is present at the T4-5 level with mass effect upon the anterior subarachnoid space. small central disc protrusion is present from the T6-7 level with mass effect centrally upon the anterior subarachnoid space. Remaining thoracic disc levels appear normal. The thoracic cord demonstrates normal signal without evidence of an intramedullary signal abnormally no intradural masses are noted boney structures demonstrate normal marrow signal with the exception of A small hemangioma in the T4 vertebra
IMPRESSION:
1. Centrally extruded disc from the T5-6 disc level with superior migration of the disc fragment which lies posterior to the T5 vertebra
2. central disc protrusions at the T3-4,T4-5,and T6-7 disc levels with mild mass effect centrally upon the anterior subarachnoid space
C6-C7 small central disc protrusion is present and produces some minimal mass effect upon the anterior subarachnoid space
C7-T1 Posterior disc bulge and central disc protrusions are present but are not associated with any significant spinal stenosis
i know what the disc protrusions are i think but could someone just help me understand this

You don't appear to have included the results from your brain MRI. These are the thoracic and cervical spine results. It mentions a significant number structural issues and their locations on your spine.

It is possible that this points to the cause of at least some of your issues. Without your brain results its a bit difficult to get more specific. But I would think that any doctor would find those results a helpful jumping off point with regard to getting, at the very least, more effective pain relief for you.

I know you are in a lot of pain which is explained by all the bad disks you have. Have they suggested surgery or can they do surgery with all your back problems without making it worse? I would really be surprised you have MS. MS is purely a disease of the nervous system with so symptoms which are like a person with so many bad disks. Spinal stenosis, and protruding disks are not in anyway MS. I realize your pain is very real  it probably is not MS.

Have you tried Physical therapy or a pain clinic. The right exercises can help alot.

There is very little a neurologist can do with you. May be a neurosurgeon?
