Incontinence Triggered by Heat

Does anyone have incontinence that is only triggered when you are exposed to heat.  For example, after hot showers or getting into a hot car. Are you diagnosed with MS?

Personally I find that the most common problems will show up when I'm overheated - incontinence, muscle spasms, vision problems, etc.

In relation to MS heat intolerance (Uhthoff's) is the return of their pre-existing neurological sx's when ever they over heat, so situations like hot showers, hot environments, exercising, infections etc can temporarily cause their bladder leaks/floods, visual issues, imbalance/gate issues etc to flare up.

To be honest, i'm not sure if what you are describing would be the same thing as Uhthoff's, unless you also experience a worsening or return of your other neurological issues as well. None of my sx's return or worsen in isolation when i overheat, it's more like a domino effect and i do often notice my vision, which is double gets worse, before i'll notice anything else going down hill.

For me over heating always (gradually) makes it harder for me to function, the fatigue ramps up and my issues keep worsening - talking, walking, stay up right, vision is a worse double etc etc and since last summer without the typical warnings, urine now run down my leg. None of it improves until i cool down and rest up and it can take me upto a day to start functioning back at my normal again.
