Is Rebif safe for my child?

I need reassurance so I'm hoping a neuro dr can help. I just had a RRMS relapse in Jan n end of Mar . I need to know if it's safe to be back on Rebif if I also breastfeed my child because the drs in my country can't answer my questions. I have been off the drug since i got pregnant and my kid is now 20mths.

From the Rebif website:

"Do not take Rebif is you are breastfeeding or plan to breastfeed. It is not known if Rebif passes into your breast milk. You and your healthcare provider should decide if you will use Rebif or breastfeed. You should not do both"
