MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS COMMUNITY
Is this ANOTHER flare/ DR. DWI appt. Fri morning.

Is this ANOTHER flare/ DR. DWI appt. Fri morning.

So, I'm only one day away from graduation. And I feel that awful ovewhelming tiredness and weakness. It's hard to explain but when I feel it it's just there, and it say "FLARE!".

For me, a flare is when old symptoms return,  current symptoms become much worse, and new symptoms surface. I'm having moving my arms tonight and I hope by morning I'm not a "basket case".... unable to move my arms or legs. I dread this.

It's been 39 days since my last flare. It's been averaging a little over a month inbetween them since they started with a vengence in April. I just wish anyone could tell me what is happening to me.

Tomorrow I go and see Dr. DWI (Deal With It) for the last time. I'm changing insurance next month and he won't be covered.... so I have a new Neurologist set up... and I can't get in until the end of November. I just wonder what he will say tomorrow. I seriously hope I don't loose it and yell at him. That probably wouldn't help anything.... except release all my frustration of his lack of testing.

I will be going on vacation next week for a while to the Smoky mountains with the family. That will be a challenge, but we have a wheel-chair and booked motels that are handicapped accessible. I'm excited!! Please, pray that I stay well enough to enjoy those weeks of vacation with my family without any terrible flare-ups.

Think of me if you can.... and feel free to msg. me, I'll be around this week-end yet and I'll try to check my e-mail while I'm gone. I'd miss ya'll to much if I didn't.

Enjoy your time away and I'll hope that vacation will be stress and flare free for you - just the change of scenery and routine always does me so much good.

Be well,
