Is this an MS relapse

I have had MS for 16 years with only 2 relapses in that time which were both clear up with steroids.  I have been having symptoms that seem MS related for almost 2 months now.  My neurologist moved out of state so I have begun seeing another neurologist.  I have had an MRI with & without contrast which shows no new activity since my last one 3 years ago. My symptoms come & go.  So I go from feeling ok to not in a matter of minutes.  My new neurologist tells me that it is not MS because it wouldn't come & go that quickly & the MRI shows everything is fine.  I have unsteady feeling, which effects my coordination balance & speech.  I also am suffering from fatigue regardless of how much sleep I get.  I have been put on vitamin D, b12 shots & calcium because blood tests showed lack of vitamins, but since then they have all come up to normal.

What exactly ARE you symptoms that come and go?  When you say they have been happening for 2  months, does that mean a new symptom started with a bang one day, or you slowly noticed that you became more unsteady, more frequently?  Are the symptoms you do mention (unsteady feeling/balance/coordination/speech) varying throughout a day? - is that why you say they come and go?

Let us know.  Oh, and is your new neuro an MS specialist or a general neurologist?  It matters.

The fatigue is MS. I do not know about the other. Everything is not MS.
