Also in my CMP (14)my Calcium Serum was 10.3 normal range is 8.7 - 10.2
In my UA/M WITH REFLEX CULTURE,ROUTINE which is urine test i think everything came out okay except for

I tested negative for hiv and my LIPASE,SERUM was normal range. AMYLASE normal range. TSH normal range.

I'm sorry that you're experiencing difficulties.  Hopefully you will have a chance to discuss these results with a doctor.

I'm not a medical professional, but I looked online for information on test results (until you can see a doctor).  Based on what I found, your labs results don't look alarming.

What you posted suggested to me that your serum calcium and bilirubin were just above the lab's normal range in your blood test.  It looks like a urinalysis that further investigated your slightly high bilirubin (UA/M WITH REFLEXT CULTURE) showed bilirubin wasn't present in the urine.  However trace amounts of ketones were present in the urine.

With regard to your calcium results:  Different labs use somewhat different ranges for normal.  One lab described normal for serum calcium as 8.5 – 10.9 mg/dL.  So while your 10.3 was high for the lab you used—over your lab's normal by .1—it would have been in the normal range for the other lab.  Your doctor might have taken that into account.

With regard to bilirubin in your blood:  The other lab listed .2 to 1.9 mg/dL as normal in the blood.  Again while your 1.4 was high for your lab—over your lab's normal by .2—it would have been normal for the other lab.

With regard to no bilirubin in your urine:   When functioning correctly, your liver will routinely send worn out red blood cells (bilirubin) out of the body through your colon thus bypassing your kidneys. Your urine includes everything your kidneys have had to filter out of your blood.  When your liver is functioning properly, the bilirubin will not reach the kidneys and so will not appear in your urine.  Bilirubin in the blood but not in the urine is normal.

With regard to trace amounts of ketones in the urine:   That can result from fasting or high protein or low carbohydrate diets.
Were you asked to fast before this blood test?

Wishing you well.
