Leg spasms are back with a vengeance

Hello all.

I started school a few weeks ago.  
Everything was fine.  I was moving pretty well except for stiffness but no spasms.

The past couple of days have proven that whatever relief was going on is over.
I don't know if it related to the stress of working or that I am on my feet more but my leg spasms are back.
At night they are spasming like crazy and are also spasming during the day which rarely happened before.

Any ideas?  I stopped taking the Baclofen due to the doctor telling me it was all in my head but am thinking maybe I should start again.

What I am concerned about is that the last doc I saw said that it was either ms or depression.  The ms specialist said that he wasn't sure if it was ms but he wanted to follow me.

When do I decide to call the ms specialist regarding a possible new flare up.
I call it a flare up because my fatigue is returning as well.

I am only working part time and I have cut out all of my extra curricular activities.

Need some advice at this point.
I really don't feel like going to another doc o he can tell me I am fine.

Perhaps you should restart the baclofen and see if it helps? I would check with the doctor first, of course.  

One tip I heard on a teleconference a while back is before going to bed we should do leg stretches if we have a problem with nighttime spasms.  The doctor talked a bout a good 15 minutes or so right before getting into bed,  You might want to try that, too.

Going back to work after the summer off is always a blow to me, and it takes a while for the body to return to a schedule.  You being on your legs a lot probably compounds your problems.
