Lulu Help

My cat is always hitting keys. I can't send messages. I get a message back about being blocked?

Thanks Alex

Alex, write to the medhelp help people - there is a "contact" button at the very bottom of the screen.  I promise I don't have you blocked and it must be something very simple.

I'm going to send you a message and see what happend.

My cat plays on the piano keys!  She's quite deaf and doesn't freak out over the sound.

Good luck in the IT department.
Hugs to you and Polly!

Can you get the cat its own computer???

Seriously - go to your inbox of messages - at the far right side you should see the international symbol for NO and the word block.  See if the cat set one of those to be blocked instead of being off.

If you're trying to send one to me and my account says you are blocked that's a different story - perhaps my cat got to my computer?  Problem is we don't have a cat. LOL
