MRI - Brain exam

It all started with my double visin - diplopia and then MRI was ordered and....

My MRI Findings:

On the diffusion weighted images, there is no acute infarct. FLAIR images demonstrate multiple foci of increased T2 signal in the subcortical and deep white matter bilateral.
No hemorrhagic products are seen within the brain.
There is no mass or mass effect.
(Following administration of intravenous gadolinium, no area of abnormal enhancement is seen.)
Incidental finding of cavum septum pellucidum and cavum vergae is noted.

PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND ALL THIS! DOCTORS WHERE METIONING MS BUT I was sent to see specialist

"FLAIR images demonstrate multiple foci of increased T2 signal in the subcortical and deep white matter bilateral." are typical of demyelinating lesions.

"Incidental finding of cavum septum pellucidum and cavum vergae is noted"  These are normal neuroanatomical variants.

How are you feeling? And, when do you go back to the doctor to review the results?Best thing to do right now is not panic.

These findings do not necessarily mean you have a demyelinating disease. MS is a clinical diagnosis and there will be many more pieces added to the puzzle before a diagnosis of anything is made. Understand MRI of the brain and spine is just one tool used by doctors to look into the CNS. They will now have imaging results to assist in their investigation.

What doc ordered the imaging? And, what specialist was recommended.
