My legs are getting worse, feel like I  I can not work a full
ran 2 miles,I don't know anymore getting really depressed!
multiplanar T1, T2, FLASH, FLAIR, 3D MP RAGE, diffusion and ADC map images pre and post gadolinium

There is a single punctate focus of increased T2/ FLAIR signal in the right centrum semiovale, unchanged from prior examination (5 years) entirely non-specific, most likely representing microangiopathic changes. There is mo mass, mass effect, or abnormal extra axial fluid collection. Diffussion imaging shows no hypercute, acute, or early subacute infarction. The ventricals are normal in size, shape and position. the cerebellar tonsels extending to the level to the foramen magnum. There are normal signal voids in the larger intracranial vessels. The included paranasal sinuses and mastoid air cells are clear. The marrow signal pattern in the cell base and the calvarium in within normal limits.

There is no abnormal enhancement, there is no signifficant interval change since 12/1/07
IMPRESSION: Unremarkable MRI of the brain. No imaging evidence of Multiple Sclerosis

Thank you so much for being here,

Thank you JJ, I am just waiting for all of my bloodwork to come back from the neuro, he did tons!  He said about 2 weeks, at that point he will re evaluate, Don't mean to sound like such a downer, I am just not myself. Hopefully I will get to the bottom of it soon.

Thank you so much for your input, You made my night better with your kind words :)

Morining Kathy,

Your brain MRI report is basically stating that there is no evidence of MS or anything else to add to the diagnostic picture, it might not feel like it but from my perspective not having lesions in your brain should be seen as good news.

I dont know if you've had a spinal MRI yet but if your main problem is legs, i would of thought a spinal MRI would be the next step. Has peripheral neuropathy been investigated at all? Whats your GP thinking of testing you for next?

As for the depression, seriously do not let that get out of control, if you are starting to feel depressed because of your health, make sure you do talk to someone before it gets to full blown depression. Be pro-active with this, its in your best interest to keep on top of it.

HUGS..........JJ
