MS & Anxiety

i suffer from extreme anxiety and today i just checked the symptoms of MS on the internet and im thinking i have MS. its really scaring me. i havent been able to eat anything today due to my anxiety over this.

here i have like 7-8 symptoms that match with the Symptoms of MS i found on the internet.

- extreme fatigue
- muscle stiffness
- troubles with memory, concentration, thinking, or solving problems
- vision changes
- vertigo and dizziness
- blurred or hazy vision, flashing lights, or alterations in color.
- The tissues around the eye and moving the eye may be painful.
- Most people with multiple sclerosis complain of a constant state of tiredness. Something as simple as carrying groceries up a flight of stairs may become an impossible task for someone with multiple sclerosis.

ok sorry about my first post. im really scared and i though i would extend on my first post with a little background on myself.

well i have suffered from three major panic attacks, two of them caused by drugs. after a year of not touching any drugs and even not drinking one day i woke up and was doing my daily task when all of a sudden i strained my neck..i went to a doctor and he gave me this anti-inflammatory pill..i took it and went to bed but woke up next morning feeling numbed and feeling like i was going to pass out so i went to ER and had a blood test and a neck x-ray and they both came back normal. After that i went through a severe anxiety for a month not getting out of my room and having all these weird symptoms (twitches, noises in the ear, stomach noises, feeling numb, shortness of breath, rapid hear beat, derealization) anyways after a month i started to feel normal again. i did a CT scan from my head, an MRI from my neck and a full blood test and they call came back normal..after hearing the test results most my symptoms went away until a month ago when all of a sudden i woke up one day feeling dreamy (derealization) and feeling like im in a movie. It got worse and from that day i havent felt normal even for an hour. Starting 2 weeks ago i started having symptoms again but this time it was a little different. Well im gonna make this short i have been feeling extremely tired lately, and from 2 days ago i started having this headache and this pain in the back of my eyes when i move my eyes to the left or right. Yesterday it was worse and when i pressed on my eyes i felt a severe pain. I dont have any twitching and i dont wake up with numbed hands or feet. I posted this question about my eyes in this other forum and the doctor told me i might have MS. from then i started freaking out and i havent been able to eat anything or take my mind off this. Im a 19 years old guy havent been active since last year because of my anxiety and not really on a good diet. I sometimes dont eat breakfast or even lunch. Im just always behind the computer after my anxiety attack searching what diseases i could have and now im really thinking i have MS. because a lot of my symptoms match with the ones of MS. i dont have anyone in my family with MS.

here are some of my symptoms that match with MS.

- extreme fatigue
- muscle stiffness (neck)
- troubles with memory
- vision changes
- dizziness
- blurred or hazy vision, flashing lights
- The tissues around the eye and moving the eye may be painful. ( well i explained in my post i have been having this for two days now, not sure if this could be a migraine or something else)

im really worried and my family doctor wont even take me seriously. im sure as soon as i tell him about this he would tell me that i dont have MS without further tests.

hi ibiza, I'm going to answer this on your other post, ok? In the meantime please take some time to read up on MS on our health pages.  It is a very complicated disease to diagnose, and can make all of us anxious trying to figure this out.  The more you know, the more in control you can be.
