MS Expo, Louisville, KY, June 12, 9:30-5

I got a postcard about this in the mail. It is apparently an all-day affair at the Kentucky Fair & Exposition Center with MS-related vendor booths, workshops, and a research forum. There's a website at http://www.msexpo.org but they don't have a lot of details up yet.

bump for Froggy - I hope you can find a way to perhaps get across the state to this one.  It would be helpful.  - L

I had planned to attend but had to contact them today to withdraw my registration. I have company coming from Texas and have to be here instead of in KY.

It sounds like a wonderful opportunity to gather lots of accurate information in one place.  BTW, my neuro is the lunchtime speaker and I have to say he is worth the trip.

Let me know if you go and what you think!

be well,
Lulu

That sound good to me. It is only 4 hours from my home and I think I would be able to handle the drive. It would be real nice to meet some of the other here at the expo.

Hello All,

I am the creator of the MS Expo in Louisville, KY. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have about this year's Event. Please feel free to email me at ***@****, or reach me  by phone at 502-569-4183 Ext. 13. Please check out the Expo Website at www.msexpo.org.

I would like to say this event is in NO WAY focused on one particular drug or company. The fact that TEVA is one of our top sponsors does not mean the other drug companies will have any less of a presence at the Expo. There will be over 30 Vendor Booths all displaying their products and services geared towards those living with MS. In addition, the Expo will host over 15 lectured from experts in almost every field of MS.

There will be a lunch program (free of charge) for those who pre-register with Dr. Aaron Boster. He will be speaking on Emerging Therapies.

Please register to attend and receive your free parking pass at www.msexpo.org.

Go, Ren!  Take advantage of that fly-ability, and let us know all about it.

I am interested in this, dependent on my health. It's only 3 miles from the airport so it's an easy taxi ride to and from. I noticed TEVA is one of the main sponsors so I assume it will lean heavily towards the Copaxone users.

So, count me in. Even if the event doesn't provide much new information or knowledge the fellowship with other MSers would be good.

I'm game to travel that way if it appears worthwhile. I just registered at their site to see all the details.  I would drive down the night before - perhaps others in the area would like to join me Let me know who is interested. - L
