MS Mothers-are epidurals safe

For those of you mothers diagnosed with MS, would you please let me know how your doctors felt about epidurals for delivery.

May 29th. I am having an epidural.  yes my symptoms are fine.  It is really nice to have a break from those symptoms.

I lean on the side of it being safe, though I think Lu's suggestion is spot on -it would be a good question for the expert forum (only if free of course). As epidurals are different than spinals.

Your symptoms have been good through this pregnancy right?

Oh, give us the due date again - -I'm forgetting and want to run a fun poll of sorts!

I am not worried about it.  I just thought I would ask and get an idea.  I have had epidurals in the past and will have them with this one.  My doctor believes it is safe.  I was just wondering what other doctors out there think.

Hi Tahiri,
I don't know if you can get one for "free" but you might want post this on our expert forum and see what Dr. Kantor has to say about this topic.  I really don't now an answer to this to even begin a guess.....
