MS and Massage

I would like to start doing massage on a regular basis to see if it helps with my symptoms.

Do any of you go for massage on a regular basis or even once-in-awhile?  If so, have you found a particular technique that has helped you most?  There are so many therapists at this place I will be going to who do Trigger Point, neuromuscular, deep tissue, Sweedish, etc and it is so hard to know what would work best for someone with MS.

I can do the trial and error method, but if you guys have found something that works, then I'd be willing to at least have a starting point.

Thanks in advance and hope you are all having a good Tuesday afternoon.

I think I would go with the massage that makes you feel the most comfortable.  When I get a massage, it's almost always from DH, and he does a deep-tissue massage.  This can bruise the skin, but it alleviates the cramping and tension that I get from spasticity.
