MS and Seizures

I have yet to be diagnosed with MS. I have many of the symptoms and lesions on MRI and am seeing an MS specialist the beginning of December.  My question is really about seizures and MS.  Monday I had a couple of Grand Mal seizures, they were not the first in my lifetime, but there haven't been many.  Since the seizures on Monday (today is Thur.) my legs are VERY weak.  Could the seizure been the beginning of a relapse?  The seizures happened after a horrible bout with cluster headaches.  CTs were done there are no masses or anything else of concern.

MS has been known to cause seizures.  I thought I was having seizures, but they turned out to be tonic-clonic spasms.

Oh Cici - so sorry to hear of this. What a compounding issue. I'm not versed enough in seizures to give solid information on the instances of MSers, relapse, and seizures. But, my gut says, it could be very, very possible for MSers.

If I were to research it I would start with "prevalence of seizure MS relapse"

Give that a try. And, don't forget the quotes. I hope you feel better soon, and wishing you all the best with the specialist. Hope he/she gets to the bottom of this. Be careful :) and safe.
