My 28 year old daughter was just diagnosed with MS and I am looking for support groups in the Cleveland area.  My daughter lives in Richmond, VA and clearly we are looking for help there as well.  But, I am hoping there are groups for families.  I live in Cleveland and I need to have people to talk to about what her father and brother and I can do to be of help.

I am traveling to the Cleveland Clinic's MS Clinic in less than two weeks.  I will ask the MS nurse for ideas in that area and will post the information I find.  Until then, I would contact the local MS Society Chapter.  I am so sorry that your daughter was diagnosed.  But kudos to you and your family for being so proactive in your support of her!   Best wishes for your family.

OF GREAT PEOPLE HERE, THEY HAVE HELP ME

I am so sorry to hear of your daughter's diagnosis.  I am glad that you posted here and we welcome you AND your daughter.  

I do not know specifically, what support groups are in your area, but hope that you can find some helpful information here on this Forum.  This is the "support group" for many.  Your daughter is most welcome to post and ask any questions that she would like.  She is also assured of getting all the support she needs.  Along with your entire family.

Again, I am sorry for her diagnosis...but please remember, this group of people on this Forum are more than willing to help in any way that we can.
