Migraine vs. MS

Anyone have migraines without pain?  How closely would those symptoms mimic MS?  The dismissive neuro has really confused me this time.  I told myself to  "let it go" - easier said than done.

When I was having double vision and nystagmus I was told that I have those migraines as well.  I do not buy it, but... I think especially when you have a hx of migraines like I do it is  easy to dismiss neuro problems as some variaition of migraine.  I used to do research on migraines and I know that there are lots of ways migraines can present and an extremely wide variety, including without pain but where there is some other type of disturbance that the patient can appreciate...they can cause seizures, paralysis, viual problems, parasthesias etc.  I think because they are so varied it is really easy to dismiss unexplained symptoms as migraine.  My question was always "why would my classic migraines (which I have had almost 20 years) suddenly change to these strange visual, painless migraines"  Oh well so it goes...hope that helps a little.

I'm not sure what a migraine w/o pain is?  Can you explain?

If its something like a "cramp" or "ill feelinig" in the brain, I have that, and the ADs I take make it worse.
