Muscle and brain problems

I've recently been noticing that my shoulder,arm,and leg muscles have been having small fits of twitching and spasms.
I think it may be caused do to stress and lack of sleep but is it normal for someone my age to be having these random attacks?I asked my older brother about this because he plays sports and has more knowledge of medical issues than myself.I'm also worried because I until recently have been getting short but painful headaches, possibly migrains.I would like someone to give me a second opinion on this situation.

Yes, I agree. You can't diagnose yourself, and we can't do that either. If you are concerned, please see your doctor. I really doubt that MS is the answer but you need to check things out.
