Muscle weakness (upper body) & twitching

I have had increasing loss of strength in my arms and hands. Hard to turn door keys, pick up glass of water, difficult to "one finger type" on computer without hand wanting to fall.. tired! .. Also, lost 45 lbs in last 4 months. When relaxing, feel muscle twitching all over upper body.

That all sounds horrible.  Have you been seen by a doctor and evaluated for the cause of your problems?   It sounds like you are due for a throough exam and discussion with the doctors.
