My MRI's of spine

What do you guys think about this?  I have another one I will put on here in a min.  Please help me out with this.  I have a good Neuro, I guess I just don't know what to ask her.  What does this look like you y'all?

No worries, Kel. Lesions in the brain and spine are the nature of the beast!
Yours are nothing out of the ordinary for MSers. My largest is in my spine too - I got you beat, lol But, you can see improvement - especially w/starting a DMD.

Remember this too - not all lesions are created equal. Some give your problems, some do not - some people walk around with them and have zero limitation. Others mobility is greatly limited.

Juuust don't want you worrying - got my eye on you :)

I have already been dx.  I was just wondering what the severity of these sounds like, I know you guys are really smart and informative about this type of thing.  That's why I'm asking
