Hi Tanya,

I have the tingling in my feet and hands all the time.  I don't really know anything about the medical side of things, so I don't know if it's the ulnar nerve or not.  I'm sure someone will be able to help you more than me but I wanted to let you know that I'll be here if you want to talk.

I'll be praying,
Carol

The ulnar nerve runs from your shoulder to your hand. This is the nerve that bothers me from my shoulder to my elbow on the inside of my arm with burning pain. But just on my left arm mostly, but i have noticed it a few times on the right. Im sure it is also responsible for my arms being tingly and my hands numb after sleeping. According to research I have done, this is the only exposed nerve in the body but is protected at the elbow. This nerve is also the one you hit when someone says they "hit thier funny bone". As for my feet....they tingle alot, both of them, especially when i sit on them or if they are hanging while sitting in a chair or driving for too long.

Do you have ms. If so is that why you have problems with your ulnar nerve?
