Evoked potentials measure the electrical conductivity of your nerves. Essentially what this result means is that you're getting a delayed signal, which indicates nerve damage.
Thanks Poppy & Kyle. I have an appointment through now for 10th Oct so fingers crossed ill get some answers!
Hi Alison - Welcome to the group.
Weekends can be a little slow here, but you shouls get some respnse this week.
Your MRI say you have lesions, but you don't mention where they are or what the radiology report gives as possible reasons for them. It's generally in a section labeled Impressions. Lesions tend to be a justification for furhter MS inquiry.
That you have o-bands unique to your CSF is another indication that MS may be possible. Im not sure about the evoked potential results, as I've never had the tests.
You need to find a neurologist that specializes in MS. Most regular neuros don't understand MS and even fewer GPs do.

Hi Alison
Sorry no one has replied to your post before now.
From what you've written, I'd get in touch with your Neuro and making an appointment for his run down on your results. MS is both a clinical diagnosis and based on the results of tests. Your test results are definitely not normal and need to be followed up.
Best wishes
Poppy
