New Here & looking for help

I recently had an MRI of my brain and I really don't understand the results. I don't go back to see my doctor until the first week of December. I'm just really confused and scared.
Here is what the report said:

FINDINGS: Tiny foci of 2 to 3 mm are seen in the vertex of the left
frontal lobe deep white matter that may be due to demyelination but
do not enhance on the postcontrast sequences. These are seen on
T2-weighted and FLAIR axial sequences. No abnormal correlate is
seen on ADC sequence or diffusion weighted imaging. The cisterns,
sulci and CSF spaces are normal. No intra-axial or extra-axial mass
or signal intensity to suggest abnormal blood products are
demonstrated. Gray-white matter signal differentiation is normal.
The seventh and eighth cranial nerve complexes and cerebellopontine
angles, as well as the cerebellum and brainstem are normal.

The orbits are unremarkable. The ethmoid and maxillary sinuses are
normal. The visualized frontal sinuses and sphenoid sinuses are
clear as are the mastoids.

Diffusion-weighted images and ADC map are normal. No areas of
abnormal enhancement are seen on the postcontrast images.

IMPRESSION: Tiny foci in the deep white matter of the vertex in the
left frontal lobe may be early demyelination or early
microangiopathy. These do not enhance. Recommend followup MR of
the brain 6 months from today's date.

I just want to understand what is going on. Can anybody help me please??

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Basically your MRI states that your brain is normal except for "Tiny foci of 2 to 3 mm are seen in the vertex of the left frontal lobe deep white matter"

These "foci" do not enhance, which means they are not brand new.

The radiologists offers that these foci may be due to demyelination or microangiopathy

There is a wealth of information to be gleaned from the health pages.

If you do not mind sharing, what symptoms do you have that caused you to have an MRI?  You might find those symptoms in the health pages too.  Also, you will find different kinds of testing that is done to rule out MS.
