New Symptoms Yesterday

Gosh, I wish I didn't have to wait until 12/9 to see a Neuro.  I hope this is just stress related. My nervousness is probably not helping things.  So, tomorrow will be 3 weeks since I first got diffuse burning sensations and my thigh muscles felt "weak" (though I can still run normally).  Yesterday, I felt a little bit of a cramp in my left arch, and had a little bit off off an on tingling in my feet.  I went and lifted weights and ran 20 minutes (I can run through that feeling in my thighs).  When I got done, I had diffuse twitching (feet, calves, forearms, hands) and off/on mild cramp in left arch.  Then last night mild burnng sensation in my thighs. The burning hasn't really been too noticeable in the back of my head/neck since Monday.  Yesterday was the first time I had any twitching or tingling. I really haven't had much twitching this morning. Had a little tingling in my feet. In reading online, it seems like ALS or MS tend to stay in one place.  Plus, I've always kind of had my hands shaking this whole time, when holding still.  I've lost weight (8 or 9 pounds over the last 6 weeks but that could be stress and lack of appetite).  Maybe that's what's going on with my hands?  Maybe it was the virus I had a week before all of this started?  I'm really trying not to worry about all of this.
