Not sure anyone here erik be able to answer this but here goes

I was taking lamictal for pain and fatigue problems of unknown cause for the past 4 months, I've recently been having blurred vision and headaches in the last three weeks.

My doctor suggested eye exam first and if normal,  stop taking lamictal to see if it is that causing my additional symptoms, then if still there, look at ms as possibility

My problem with this is that my vision is blurry in only one eye, and I have been taking lamictal a long time with no side effects except for pain relief and help with fatigue.

Just don't think that after decreasing my dose of lamictal that I would suddenly develop the side effect if headache and blurry vision in one eye...

Anyways.  Normal eye exam, so now stopped taking lamictal. My question is, I'm now off lamictal and am doing very bad, I'm in so much more pain and so much more fatigued. Its only been 4 days but I am still having headaches and blurred vision.

If it was the lamictal causing these effects, how long after stopping lamictal would these side effects dissapear?

I think so too.  You'll need to get your PCP to refer you to a neuro - but I seem to remember that he's balking.  Don't leave him alone for a second - talk to him about your fatigue and pain, and how it got worse once you were off the lamictal.

I don't have a neurologist , eye exam was perfectly normal. I did go off lamictal very slowly, I think I feel crappy cause lamictal was helping me and now I'm not taking it.

did you taper off the Lamictal slowly? if not, that may be part of the reason you feel so badly.
Did you see an opthalmologist? what did he/she say about the blurry vision in one eye?

Sorry you are feeling so bad....do you have a neurologist?
