Hi Ann,
Adding on a welcome to you, albeit late.
My thoughts lean toward what has been said that your symptoms are subtle and definitely don't rise to the level of an MS workup at this point.
Do you have a regular MD who could give you a complete physical? There could be a fixable cause to the ringing in your ears and the weakness you are feeling.
Thanks for joining us, and hope we can help.

Hummm. Well, I would say that it is way too early to suspect MS especially with you changing your physical routine. So, I would agree with Lulu, that you might want to either take a break or tone down your yoga routine and see if that makes a difference.
I have had muscle weakness from my MS and ringing in my ears sporadically, although neither one of those was/is my primary symptom. Tingling and numbness have been my primary sx. Everyone is different but unfortunately being healthy and active doesn't make you immune from getting MS but at this point it's way too early to jump to that diagnosis.

Ann,
This is just a guess, because I am not a doctor and no one can dx you via the internet, but I would guess that the new yoga is contributing to the problems. What new type are you doing? My neice teaches yoga and just began one of thos classes that is done in the heat. That would wipe me out.
Everyone thinks yoga is this passive practice when in reality it is quite strenuous, You might take a break and see how you body reacts.
If it keeps up, then you need to see a doctor.
best, Lulu
Everyone's MS is different. I have very few muscle "weekness" issues. My MS is almost 100% sensory. It effects my vision, has given me trigeminal neuralgia, and burning in my legs and left arm. The thing is that symptoms get you to a neurologist or primary care doctor.
They need to rule out a bunch of things and document the clinical signs, includes labs and MRI. Most of the symptoms of MS can match the symptoms of Lyme's Disease and 35+ other diseases. So there is a bunch of stuff to rule out.
