Numbness, Tingling

I have been having numbess of feet, hands, legs and arms mainly, but have had  numbness of whole body at times . Burning , tingling of extremities I have vertigo , fatigue, balance off at times, knocking into walls .I drop things alot .No strength in hands. I have leg weakness at times .I  have had carpal tunnel surgery in both hands no relief . I have had EMG recently  mild carpal tunnel not enough for the numbness. my neck gets really stiff and cracks, burning sensations.  MRi of cervical spine fine , Mri of brain has two small focal areas of T2 signal hypertensities at the left cerebral hemisphere, one at left centrum semivoale and another at subcortical white matter at top of brain. All my labs come back fine . Had MRI of Brain in 04 it was fine. My dr has referred me to neurologist in Nov  Does anyone have any ideas Im up for them Thanks
