OT funny: Context matters, people :-)

Last night I said to my husband: "Can you kill that fly and then shoot me?"

I'm sure those of you taking DMD understood that the "shoot me" part was a request for him to help with my Copaxone shot. The "kill the fly" was a real request to kill a bothersome fly :-)

LOL, I just signed on and your post was the first one  I read, and started laughing. That is funny.

We are being flooded by the constant rain. Enjoy snuggling up on the couch with that wonderful aroma. LOVE IT!

Funny is right, Jess.

Oh, yeah, many Sunday nights I've said "I'm going to go upstairs and shoot myself".  Luckily, my roommate understands.  Guess we better not say it in public,such as: (speaking on a cell phone) while shopping "sorry, Monday's out, I'm shooting myself Sunday night".  

Mmmm, pumpkin pie baking smells wonderful...
