Last night I said to my husband: "Can you kill that fly and then shoot me?"
I'm sure those of you taking DMD understood that the "shoot me" part was a request for him to help with my Copaxone shot. The "kill the fly" was a real request to kill a bothersome fly :-)

Oh, yeah, many Sunday nights I've said "I'm going to go upstairs and shoot myself". Luckily, my roommate understands. Guess we better not say it in public, such as: (speaking on a cell phone) while shopping "sorry, Monday's out, I'm shooting myself Sunday night".
