PLEASE RETAKING TEST SO DOCTOR WOULD'NT DICUESS

Well hi all finally, getting places at last. Was told I was well basically mental. Anyone who has read my posts would understand the absolute despair I was going through. And I feel for people in that position now, reasonable SANE people been told by medical people. That they are insane, I had an EVP and ERG. The EVP showed a significant difference on small patterns between both eyes. But brings me to my question, The ERG Electroretinagram  had a very low signal and my eye specialist says it the worse she’s ever seen. I have 20/20 vision in each eye. I’m wondering is this result strongly suggest MS as a cause of this test outcome.

Any input, received with deep appreciation.

i don't have any input regarding your question but I wanted to say....you are not alone.  It is all in your head has been worn out.  It is like beating a dead dog.  Useless.

Sorry you are going through this.  Maybe take a deep breath try to set it to the side for the weekend and regroup for Monday.

take care, sending you hugs to lift your spirits.

I'm sorry but I am not familiar with that test at all.  Perhaps someone else can help with understanding the results.

Since *mental* is the possible dx, how about you ask for the referral to a psychiatrist for evaluation ---- when those results come back *sane* then you can revisit the problems that your symptoms are causing, without the mental question being in play.

there are a number of people here who have had to do this just to prove that their illnesses was very much physical and not mental.

keep looking for your answers, ok?

Thanks for your imput, i have seen a conslutant psychiatrist. who gave me a clean bill of mental health. My neurologist wants me to visit another one, but i feel his treating me like a cash cow for his mates.

Anyhow i'll keep you informed and the best of luck in your own dx
