Pain in groin

For the last few months I have had a recurring sharp pain in between my upper leg and hip. All tests have been negative for gynological, gastro, or urilogical systems. My question is, could this be an uncommon MS symptom, like the MS hug, but involving lower level nerves?

My husband has also experienced pain similar to that, he had pain in his testicle that radiated down his leg on several occasions, several years apart. The doctors have no explanation for this. No disease, no cancer, and are not sure if it is MS related.

Does it seem to be muscular, or more about the joint?

Ovarian in off the table I guess. I had groin pain and it turned out to be cancer. Have you had a pelvic ultrasound done? Mine was lymph nodes in the end.
