Do you have the "My MedHelp" link at the top of the page (heart icon)?
OK - I win the "scatter-brained" prize! I don't even know what password anyone is talking about!!!!
yep i am but theres nothing there
Are you logged in and folowing the "My MedHelp" link?
Based on number of request/issues related to AccountSetting I suggest MedHelp should re-design/chage layout of this option....just an idea...I already have three emails to tech support and still can not find/locate Account Setting The problem is Tech Support assume I should see what they see and think I am not able to locate the position...
yeah i dont have account settings either
same for me I also could not find the ACCOUNT SETTINGS to change password
i'm logged in but none of the above ideas work
Are you logged out and trying to get back in?
On the Log In page there is the option to click "Forgot your nickname or Password" If you click this you should be able to get an automated email of your password. You have to remember what email address you gave them. If you can't remember this you may have to sign up again.
You can tell if you are Logged In or Logged Out by looking at the uppermost right corner.
Don't worry, we'll help you through this!

I have one thought (and that may very well be the truth :) )
When I go to "My MedHelp", the "Account Settings" is the last button on the right (near the top of the page). It has a gear icon beside it. (Do not go into "edit profile" . . . I made that mistake several times before realized what I was doing.)
Hope this helps,
Sherry
Tried your password suggestion, but still cannot find any link to it. When I go to MedHelp, all I get is a profile page asking for my age, etc. No SETTINGS tab or ACCOUNT tab. Seems strange as vanhawk48 was successful.
Thank you very much for your help ,
I have been able to change my password .
Vanda
Go to "MedHelp.
Over on the upper right click on "Account Settings"
Click on the tab for "Password"
There is a place to click on if you have forgotten your account name or password.
