Percutaneous Tibial Nerve Stimulation

Hi everyone, it's been a while since I've posted. Hope you're all doing good.
Has anyone tried this for bladder spasms / incontinence? They say on my urodynamics test that my detrusor/bladder pressure is at 40 for my pressure & spasms, which is borderline danger zone for possible kidney damage.

Thank you!

Thanks. I already have it set-up to do every Friday morning starting next Friday. It will be a half hour session once a wk for 12 continuous wks. And then slowly go down from there.

The first uro i saw and did my botox suggested this as an alternate and my neurologist has also mentioned it being successful.  I opted to not try this because it also involved going to their clinic many times over 12 weeks or so to complete the therapy - and that involves a drive of 60 miles each way and time off work.   I would love to hear if you go with this and how it works for you.  -Laura

It discusses the research as well as dx criteria, alternative therapies etc so worth a look at.
