Out of control and sliding down hill is a good way to put the feeling.

My sister is having the same problem. She's progressing on Tysabri, but her MRIs are the same. She does have more strength and feels better after her infusions, but she will go through times when her hand isn't functioning. She's had no improvement, either, with her pain or mobility. She thinks that the Tysabri is benefiting her, but it's kind of like failing brakes on an out-of-control bus sliding down a hill.
True on both statements.

After being on Avonex and Betaseron, showing little change on MRI is a GOOD thing. I believe it means that the drugs were doing exactly what they are suppose to do.
If there is anything that is good about your situation, it is that your MRI's are not showing advancement....Correct?
Lots of Hugs and Good thoughts coming your way...

The standard MRIs are known to not correlate well with clinical progression. If you're getting worse, you're getting worse and it doesn't matter about the MRI. A neuro once told me that despite appearances, they still treat people and not MRIs.
