i come from  china,my mom also has this cold felling too,but could not find a way to help.

Unfortunately, there's not much that can be done.  Paresthesias (cold, burning, tingling, buzzing, itching) are all caused by damaged nerves.  If the sensations become intolerable, there are medications that can help, like Neurontin and Lyrica, but I don't know how effective they are.

Right now my lower lip is cold, my nose, and my eye - all on the right side.  I'm guessing it's the trigeminal nerve misfiring.
