Questions about brain MRI
my mri results state I have some hyperintensities most dominant in the left periventricular region and perpendicular to the lateral ventricular wall. It also states there are some hyperintensities within the corpus callosum.It states there are no intraaxial mass lesions and the skull base appears unremarkable.Normal vascular flow voids are maintained.What does all of this mean?

Welcome to the forum.

No tumors or mass effect, but there are hyperintensities in areas and in a configuration often associated with MS.  You doctor will need to take this information along with the clinical exam and history to make a diagnosis.
