Questions about spasticity

Hi All.  For about 6 weeks been having something completely different. Have had probs with left leg  camps spasm tingling all along

This feels totally different. Feel like muscles in upper leg  calf of leg and sometimes top of foot are so tight and pulling. They ache so bad I am completely miserable

Does this mean new damage new flare and how do you know if it is spasticity

How can you get relief
Still not diagnosed

You can get used to muscle relaxers I have been taking them 4 times a day for years. It will take a doctor to know if it is spasticity for sure.
