RESTLESS FEET AND ARMS

I am experiencing what I describe as restless leg syndrome but it affects my whole body. My toes stay curled under constantly and my ankles feel like I have to move them all the time. The pain is so intense it feels like if the bone was to break it would be a relief.
That feeling goes into my legs and arms and hands. I can't seem to find any relief.
Has anyone else ever experienced this?

Have u gone off a med recently or changed anything. This can also occur when you switch drugs or stop a drug all of a sudden.

Before I was diagnosed I was a nurse and came across this complaint a fair bit.

Have you posted this on the Restless Leg Syndrome Community page? Realizing you include your concern with restlessness throughout the whole body, the RLS page may be better suited for your inquiry.
