The other night I felt cold,I got my night clothes on and shivered a little then I got into bed and shivered uncontrollably for about 2 hours my body felt warm,I have never had the flu so I cant compare.
This happened once before but not as bad.
The next morning my body ached because the shivering tenses the body.
You didn't feel cold, but your body was shivering? That's a weird one. I've had convulsive shudders before, but only one at a time. I've also been cold for no apparent reason - I'll be bundled up in a blanket, and my honey is warm as toast.
i just have variations a lot, not for so long a time but i get chills and will put someting over or on me and after awhile i get way too warm and take it of and sometimes turn on the heater. Almost like hot flashes.
I was lying down to go to sleep last night and I thought about your post! It was weird.
Suddenly it pooped into my head that there is a type of tremor, an 'at rest' tremor that people get when they lie down. It seems to me that it would happen all the time, and not just for two hours ONE night, but .... hey -- I was thinking about you last night.
I'll try to look it up on WE MOVE. See what I can find out. Don't you wish I'd have looked it up FIRST and then posted?
Sorry I dont want this to turn into a for god sake moment but I was watching tv a little while a go and felt a little cold so I went to get my dressing gown and started to shiver It was the upper body shivered or was tensing it felt the same as I appearance d the other night this is confussing I dont know if im cold or my something is happening to me.
I need to get this right as I dont really know what to say to the dr.
Is my body temperature dropping and brings this on if so why is the temp dropping or is it that I am cold or something else.
Im so confused or shall I just shut up and hope it passes.
