Hi all
Ii have posted before, I had another brain MRI and this one showed that the previous lesion hadn't changed size still 3mm, and a new lesion even smaller on the other side. Nuero said not ms, radiologist said not demylennating. But I just don't think they are right, I just know something is wrong with me. Same symptoms, left side almost always numbish, r side comes sand goes. I'm so scared I'm never going to get better, just worse. Do u know what I mean, I just always feel sick. I'm so scared of life with ms! Help

Scared?  you bet.  we admit it, even when we have it.  we don't know what the future will bring for us but.....moving on......we gotta do that

I agree with Lulu, I'd ask for an explanation of why he thinks it isn't and what he thinks it is......and you mentioned a previous lesion.....did anyone put a label on that one?

I think you need more testing, just my opinion, other things to rule in/out ms and rule out/in other things.  many things mimic ms, which makes it so hard to dx.  have you had blood test and other testing done yet?

we're here, even if just for questions.  we are just travelers on the MS road but often have been there/done that to some questions!  Good luck

Hi again.  I really can't begin to guess what might be wrong with you, but don't give up looking for something that works for you to be better.  As for being scared of MS, that is perfectly normal, but I have to tell you that treatment for MS offers us a tremendous amount of hope and the odds are with us that with the right treatment, we can lead a fairly normal life.  

You have a new lesion; did the neuro explain what it appeared to be if it was not caused by MS?  That is a fair question to ask.

Nuerk prescribed flexeril. I guess thinking it is muscular ? Like fibromyalgia what do u think?
