Should I keep pushing for a diagnosis?

I am a 36 year old woman with all of the classic symptoms of MS - but no positive diagnosis.  I've suffered with my symptoms off and on ( more on than off) for one year now.  I've been passed from specialist to specialist and been misdiagnosed a couple of times.  The only true diagnosis that I just received is Hashimoto's Thyroditis, and I'm on no medication or therapy at this time.  I do have a few symptoms that are Hashimoto's related, but the majority of the ailments I suffer with are not connected to the thyroid disease.  It has not harmed my thyroid yet.  I was diagnosed with a low b12 in May, but my recent b12 test came back over 2000.  And so now, the numbness, tingling, pain, mental fog, bladder problems,(new symptom)  fatigue, depression etc. I now know is not b12 related, and  I seem to be back to the drawing board - again.  After the high b12 result, my general practitioner recommended a follow-up with my neurologist, and I see her in 6 weeks.
I know there is something wrong.  I am feeling so tired and too overwhelmed to start all over again, and yet, I would like to know at least a name to put with all of my symptoms.  Should I keep pursuing an answer, or should I just wait and see if I become worse?

The only reason to stop looking for answers would be that you are satisfied with the status quo :-)

We all wanted a name to our illness. Keep pushing.

Thank you for the response.  I have been taking a b12 injection weekly for 3 months now and I've been following The Immune System Recovery Plan by Susan **** since June.  I've had many up and downs, and I just hesitate to continue pursuing answers for my symptoms if there aren't any answers out there.  God Bless and good luck on your progress.

Forgot to add that the info in " " is from the book: The Everything Guide To Thyroid Disease by Theodore C. Friedman, MD, PhD and Winnie Yu Scherer:

I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis, autoimmune pernicious anaemia, vitiligo, alopecia areta. Hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism both cause neurological symptoms (Hashi's can swing between hyper and hypo symptoms especially in the early stages) as does vitamin B12 deficiency. MS may be possible but I'm not expert in that area.  Are you supplementing with vitamin B12? If not, high levels of B12 can be a red flag for functional (active) vitamin B12 deficiency.

"Although the majority of people with Hashimoto's will not develop any other disorders, it's important to know what some of these autoimmune conditions are in case you do start to experience symptoms. Keep in mind, too, that you may be more likely to develop Hashimoto's if you have one of these other conditions.

Type 1 diabetes
Pernicious Anaemia
Addison's Disease
Vitiligo
Celiac Disease
Alopecia Areta
Systematic Lupus Erthematosus (SLE)
Rheumatoid Arthritis
Sjogren's Syndrome
Inflammatory Bowel Disease
Multiple Sclerosis (MS)"
