Suggestions of new Neuro in New England Area?

OK so since I cant get in with a MS specialist because My GP is being stubborn. I am working on switching to a new GP as well. I need to see if I can get some recommendation's on some good Neurologists. I am running into they want referals but its not for insurance purposes. so this is my snafu.

I am determined to find one that will take me in :) If not I will have to wait till I get in with this new GP and who knows how long that will be.

So does anyone have any recommendation's. I am thinking Boston area might be a good area for some good ones? I just don't know where to start.
