Swank Diet

Swank Diet

Hi all. I was wondering if anyone here follows this diet for MS.
I have not been diagnosed with MS, but have the symptoms (All test results are "normal")
I have been following this diet after trying the elimination diet with great results!!!
I know I can't eat dairy, beef, pork, eggs or my symptoms flare up (I won't go into a list of what they are!)
My naturopath is suspecting MS but won't say it.

Thanks!

I did follow a similar diet for a few months and it did help me alot.  I felt better and had more energy.  My problem is I have no willpower.

I still had the pain but I think that it did help with all the tightness and spacity feeling.  (i know i did'nt spell that right)

I have been thinking about trying it again.  Thanks for reminding me.

Also, what all test have you had ran?  There has got to be something causing your symptoms so don't drop it.  Find a doc. who will help you find out what it is.  Just because your MRI is normal does not mean you don't have MS.

I'll be praying,
Carol
