T2 hyperdensities

T2 hyperdensities

What are differential diagnoses of headaches - recurrent and T2 hyperdensities in a 32 year old?  The patient never had migranes (migraines) and doesn't seem to have migranes (migraines).

As far as I know, Migraine Disease is the only headache associated with with T2 hyperintensities.  Along with migraines, there are sinus headaches, cluster headaches (behind one eye), tension headaches, simple inflammatory headaches.
