The Spoon Theory


A few months back someone posted this on the forum and it is such an amazing way to explain what it is like to have a disease.   I am reposting the link now for those who were not around then it was posted before.  please take the time to read it:

Well perhaps the 2nd time is the charm. My first post disappeared.

I think this is a GREAT idea Addi! I had totally forgotten about it until I read the title to your post. I have some friends and family who need a better understanding of my day to day life.
