Thigh Keeps CRAMPING.....BADLY

My goodness, my Right Leg... is cramping on and off so badly all afternoon, normally it's my left leg that give me the problem...but my right leg (back of thigh area) is cramping???  I don't know how to stop it...if my Tynenol 3 isn't helping...I guess I should call my GP....aaaaaaaauuuuuuughhhhhhhh....

sorry..just need to let it out...I think I'm loosing it today.

Don't forget a simple stretch to pull the muscle out...  try this one - I've used it more than once when my hamstring wanted to cramp.

hi there! Sorry, no sage words of advice here, jens sounded good though!

I just wanted to say that I'm sorry that you aren't feeling well tonight and that I REALLY hope that muscle loosens up for you! You'll be in my prayers, take it easy and try not to flex it to much... just try those gentle stretches!

and no.... I don't think you are losing just by venting about a cramp. Grin! (although, I don't know whatever else may be going on in your life right now!)

Hey, feel free to PM me if you need someone to vent to, cry on or laugh with. I'm by my 'puter a lot right now as school is winding down and I don't have a job "yet". (fingers crossed)

Sunny, thanks for being here... it's so nice to have some friends to chat with and vent when your alone and in pain.

My hubby came home and made dinner for us..he gave me a heating pad, but that only helped for a minute...then didn't...

it has settled abit, so I hope to get some sleep tonight..
